The Dawn Glades

The Dawn Glades is a Tier 2 Vaïar controlled dominion in the continent of Vaëtar.

When the Násr, Vaïa fell during the War in Heaven, her vessel crashed down in the primal southlands and was lost amidst dense and impenetrable jungle. Later, when the first living creations of the Lánaraï broke down the walls of their death camps and fled their would-be executioners, they who would later become known as the Vaïar ran straight into her arms. It is widely accepted that she has fully awoken and is now dwelling among the Vaïar, though she remains imprisoned and immobile within her vessel.

Strange though are the tales from the south – stories that over the years, her vessel has grown, its tendrils reaching into the soil and interfacing with the roots of ancient trees. They say that in such a way she has woven a network across the entire southern forests, creating what can only be described as a vast, living supercomputer. More powerful than even the Archanicon – regarded as the crowning achievement of the Lánaraï quest to reverse engineer the lost secrets of the Aëdr. The Starseers of the Lánaraï themselves have long felt a presence in the south – an arcane anchor, a great force that acts like the Symmetron in the north to hold to Void at bay. No doubt this lends a level of credence to the rumours.
